: Prostate cancer spreads typically to the bone and is many times found with imaging done for musculoskeletal complaints or incidentally during workup for some other reason.

:  Good afternoon. Treatment of asymptomatic ca. of Prostate depends on many variables and on the clinical situations and in the modern era it is mostly asymptomatic due to early detection. There is no 'preferred' treatment which is individualized- eg surgery, radiation. When it spreads the symptoms depend on where it has spread to. Common areas are the bones and lymph nodes.

what are the symptoms of bone cancer, from spread of prostate cancer. pain in lower body bone, or upper and lower body bone? what would be 1st sign?

Pain at the spot: Pain will ussually be at or close to the area where the metastasis is, especially if there is a fracture.  An exeception would be injury to a nerve that may cause pain distant to the site of injury (for example pain that shoots down the leg in lower spinal nerve damage). Note that patients with multiple sites of bone mets may not hurt the same or at all in each spot. Best to you.

It depends: Not all prostate cancer behaves the same way.  However, it can spread to lymph nodes, bones, liver, lungs and brain.

Neither: The location, in this case, does not answer your questions.  Aggressiveness, the risk of spread or speed of spread is best predicted by biopsy results. The psa value, the prostate exam, and the number of biopsies involved also help answer the question in early pc.

Metastasis.: Prostate cancer, when it spreads, can often metastasize to the bones of the spine. If this happens, there may be no symptoms at all, but may eventually cause bony pain, fractures, or compression of the spinal cord. Fortunately, there are many hormonal, immunologic, and chemotherapy options for patients with metastatic disease.

Hopefully: This antiandrogen medication in certain cases of metastatic prostate cancer can prevent further spread and/or reduced  new  metastatic involvement  and slow the growth of prostate cancer. The oncologist knows much more about this medication than we other MDs do and can advise you best.
