WBC and RDW: Wbc in urine refers to inflammation not necessarily infection

rdw   basically refers to variation of red cell diameter in your peripheral blood ie with  high RDW  rbc's  will vary considerably in diameter. With anemia  RDW tends to increase ie cells tend to vary in size.

This may be associated with iron deficiency anemia, folate/b12 deficiency anemia, mixed deficiency, recent hemorrhage, ...Etc.

This means: That there is a wide range in size of your rbcs - from small to big.  The most common reason is iron deficiency, but if that is the only thing "off" on your CBC then no additional concern or testing.

Blood count terms: Rdw means red cell distribution width, which is the range of values for the width of your red blood cells. A higher number could mean that you are making lots more red cells for some reason.
Mch mean mean (or average) red cell hemoglobin, which is the amount of hemoglobin in each red blood cell. If it's low, this means that your cells aren't carrying as much hemoglobin as they should.

No: This is nonspecific without the rest of the cbc.  Sometimes noted with hereditary anemias i.e. Thalassemia.  Can also be noted with polycythemia vera.
