Cervical disc : The MRI findings while not normal do not imply there is actually anything clinically wrong. These findings can be found in a person without symptoms . You should speak to your doctor about how your examination relates to your MRI findings.

Varies: The findings on the MRI are pretty mild.  A congenital fusion does not usually cause symptoms in and of itself, nor would the stenosis at that level.  A detailed history and exam correlated with the MRI would likely tell the cause of your pain and options for treatment.

Talk to a surgeon: Find a neurosurgeon that specializes in the cervical spine. They will know your best options. Often from an incision in front they can divide tissue back to the spine and not cut anything else, then remove the disc, stabilize C3&amp;4 with a small titanium plate and fuse them. If just 1 or 2 levels you lose no range of motion wake up without pain and the weakness gone. I had it 18yrs ago it worked!

From none to many!: They can be asymptomatic to just causing pain usually in neck with headaches to just causing neurologic symptoms like weakness, numbness, tingling, dexterity & balance issues or both.  Even bowel/bladder control issues could arise with spinal cord compression leading to a condition known as myleopathy.  Most disc herniations are treated non operatively unless causing a significant neurologic issue.

NOT SAME THING: However, both are results of acquired wear and tear.  The endplate spurring can be looked at like arthritis, the disc protrusion is indicative of a tear in the basket surrounding the disc, which results in contact with spinal cord.  This is not yet a "surgical" issue, and rather, is potentially managed by conservative approaches, especially physical therapy.  Do NOT see chiropractor!!!

Other way: No.  Actually,  it is usually the other way around;  torticollis causes excess wear and tear of the discs and joints, leading to early degeneration.  Torticollis is caused by the abnormal implementation of motor programs in the brain.  The spine is an innocent bystander.

Not sure of your ?: If you're asking about  the imaging results you posted, you have a bone spur that is growing off of  two of your vertebrae.  It is large enough that it is pressing against your spinal cord and possibly some of the nerves that are exiting from the spinal cord.  Your doctor will recommend treatment based on the severity of your symptoms.
