we thought i had mucocele. sent for biopsy. no cancer cells, no abnormal cells, but normal cells wrapped up in the nerves. as oral surgeon said, it just looks weird so they want to monitor.
should i be concerned?! will do a biopsy again in six weeks

Any time: Any time there's risk of cancer there's reason for concern.  That said, sounds like your Oral Surgeon has thins well in hand.  Follow his/her advice.

Hard palate mass: Need to see ENT for evaluation and biopsy. CT scan indicated with and without contrast. Mucocoeles do not occur there with any frequency

Danger: There's danger in self-diagnosis.  Assuming you're correct it's best to be examined by an Oral Surgeon to determine if you need treatment or observation.  If you're wrong, and it's something else, either benign or more serious, it's best to be properly diagnosed to determine appropriate treatment.  See an Oral Surgeon.

left posterior ethmoid mucocele w/no orbit or cranial extension but eye discomfort symptoms. surgery necessary? can/should it be delayed?

Depends: The problem is that your mucocele is likely a diagnosis from an x-ray (or some other imaging device) not a biopsy or you wouldn't be asking. Since we can't be 100% positive that it is "just a mucocele" the risk remains untended. Speak to your physician and dentist about the risk factors for cancer, cysts, etc. Seek a referral to an ent.

Eye pain after sinus: Make sure you are on your Flonase regularly two times a day 2 sprays and you will be fine. You need more time.   Any vision problems ? If so get checked much sooner  feel better!

Probably not..: Unless the mucocele is being caused by a fungus of some sort.  I doubt it.

Yes: If you have a mucocele, and it disappears, it has healed. If it is still there, it has not healed.
