Dry?: Xerosis (dry skin) causes an ashy grey-white appearance at times.  Other illnesses to be considered could include Argyria (silver toxicity), alkaptonuria (inherited metabolic disease) or Wilson's disease (abnormal copper metabolism).  More educated suggestions could be offered through virtual consult and closer examination of skin and nails.

Headache while bendi: Headache while bending is sinus or structural. Hairfall. Lots of reasons, hair dye, tight bandana, low thyroid, hair pulling etc. Pale skin (sometimes attractive). The three are probably not related though red-haired folks with pale skin tend to have higher rate of allergies which is a cause of sinus conditions with secondary headaches.

Presyncope: Sounds like you may be experiencing presyncope.  This occurs when your blood pressure drops and can occur during periods of anxiety.  Drink plenty of fluids, eat a well balanced meal and get some rest.  I'm sorry to hear about your friend.

Doubt it: Rare things rarely happen. A kid with frank leukemia doesn't just have a high percentage of lymph's,  they are often the only things seen &amp; number in the hundreds of thousands. The data presented is minimal. From the numbers this could easily be a simple viral illness.

Hard to say...: That is difficult to assess without examining you; you might have some form of entrapment neuropathy or an atypical migraine...Definitely get to your doctor's office for a detailed history and thorough examination!

Anemia?: Sometimes anemic people can look yellow.  You should get two laboratory tests: a bilirubin and a complete blood count (or a hemoglobin/hematocrit).  If the bilirubin is normal, you're not jaundiced. The complete blood count will tell you whether you're anemic.

Spray tan!: If you are an albino, spray tan is the only way to get darker skin, but if you are pale or a redhead, then you may burn rather than tan, so you too would be best off getting a spray tan and using a high spf sunblock at the beach. If you have normal pigmentation and tan easily, then of course this is one way to darken your skin color, but only by increasing your risk of wrinkles and skin cancers.

Avoid sun: There is no reasonable way to lighten the skin beyond avoidance of the sun.  No dietary or physical  or medical means can lighten the skin. If you stay out of the sun , your skin will get to its lightest.
