It might also be a number of issues related to your ears or your teeth or any of the many stuctures in that area.  You need to see a dentist or possible an ear nose & throat specialist as soon as you can.

Cat-scratch disease: Bartonella henselae is the causative agent of this disease, but the lymph nodes are almost always tender and fever is not uncommon.  This needs to be examined by a doctor to make certain that nothing else is causing the lymphadenopathy.

Finish the antibiotics.: Usually antibiotics take a couple of days to get ahead of any infection. A worrisome lymph node like a tumor is unlikely to grow that quickly. Given the antibiotic several days and if not resolving, then return to be rechecked by your physician.

Possibly: Sxs of strep throat can include: pain of throat; large, red tonsils w white exudates; small red dots on roof of mouth; swollen lymph nodes on neck; fever, headache, rash, difficulty swallowing, fatigue or rash. Complications :infection of middle ear, sinuses, tonsils, skin, blood as well as scarlet fever, inflammation of kidney (glomerulonephritis) ; eventually rheumatic fever.

Catscratch disease?: Single or few, large, mildly painful lymphnode(s) is the most common presentation after the initial several small papules(zit-like)  at the site-of-infection/innoculation, usually 1-3 wks later. Most of the cases resolve on their own without treatment in 2-12 month, but some have fever/fatigue, headache, anorexia, joint pain, and other rare/severe symptoms. Consult to make sure this is catscratch.
