Floor of Mouth Lumps: Lumps under the tongue can have a multitude of causes.  It could be anything from a plugged salivary gland to a cancerous tumor.  You need to seek the immediate help of a specialist - preferably an Oral Surgeon.  An infection in that area could also cause your throat to close and compromise your ability to even breathe.  Please do not delay getting this checked out.

Tongue lump: Do you recall any trauma to the tongue?  If so this could be a hematoma(blood collection). Other possibilities include an abscess, blocked salivary gland duct or growth. An examination by your physician or otolaryngologist is recommended for diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime bathe the tongue with warm salt water.

Likely salivary duct: These are likely your salivary ducts under the tongue on each side of the strand of muscle that you see when you raise your tongue. If you have rough/sharp edges on your lower front teeth and have been sticking your tongue out over them, then this is probably the cause. Warm salt water soaks/rinses make help soothe the area. Monday is probably fine, but sooner if it gets worse. Good Luck.

Swelling: Any bleeding, or as in your case pain and swelling, deserves immediate attention.  See your Dentist.  May be from trauma, infection, or you may be partially tongue tied.  Your Dentist can resolve your issues or refer you for specialist care.

hello, i have had a red dot on my bottom lip in the middle which is not going away and i dont know what it is. it is not painful not swollen its just there i can feel a little lump with my tongue but it is literally the size of a dot?

Prominent dot on lip: It may be a prominent vessel on the lip or a small hemangioma.  I would not worry about it unless it gets bigger.  I can be easily excised in the office if it really bothers you.  Good luck and feel better
