Lump on tongue: This is impossible to answer with a clinical examination and additional information. That being said, any lesion or swelling that has been present in or around your mouth for longer than 7-10 days needs to be examined. Call your dentist or an oral surgeon for an examination appointment.

Can't see: Impossible to examine you over the computer. As a general rule, any psi/bleeding/swelling deserves investigation, especially if it's been present awhile. Please see your Dentist for an evaluation. Please call now...don't put it off.
