: Anytime there is sensitivity to hot and cold in a tooth ,it means the nerve is    inflamed, or dying. Since you say no infection, the best you can do is have the bridge removed, or if a root canal is needed it can be done thru bridge or directly on tooth . If bridge removed than tooth can be worked on to save it from an extraction or root canal  A cone beam x-ray would be of great help in planning

: You might have an infection with abscess which is different from the flu symptoms. Pl see your MD to see if it needs to be grained

Strep or mono: strep vs mono are the 2 most likely reasons.  really important to have your doctor take a look and maybe get a swab for strep, or a mono test.  if those are negative, then your doctor will have to dive deeper for a reason

Get evaluated: Swelling of any kind is sign of inflammation. The question is what's the cause.  You should not treat anything unless you know for sure what the diagnosis is.  Ulcers on gums have many causes.  Two isolated ulcers could be aphthous ulcers, traumatic ulcers, or something else. Warm salt water rinses and topical corticosteroids (only recommended after a medical review) can help with that.

Doctor can examine: Swollen glands (lymph nodes) in the head and neck of a young adult are most commonly from some infection such as a cold, the seasonal flu, a sinus infection, scalp or skin infections, etc... Those conditions cause inflammation can cause swollen lymph nodes in and around the neck. Of course, it's possible that the swollen glands are due to other reasons, too. One's primary care doctor can help.

Please see your gyn: Or primary doc today as they can prescribe Valtrex (valacyclovir) or similar to help cure the cold sore as quickly as possible and make sure there is no secondary or other infection or issues.
