No: Your body's hormone production that begins the lactation process does not just shut off after an abortion, and may get activated somehow by the process. This effect has nothing to do with the success or failure of the abortion itself

Symptoms post AB: After those abortions, it takes time to regularize your hormonal regulation. It can take months to reduce breast swelling, irregular periods and hair development that comes from the previous surge of hormones:

Doubtful: I have never heard of this happening. I cannot determine how this might happen. If anything it may firm the muscles under the breasts and promote a more well supported breast. Good Luck.

Swollen breast: change in hormones, if this is something new for you and you didn't have monthly stmptomes of PMS then you migh have arrived at the premenopausal stage which change in hormones causes a variety of symptoms, physical or emotional. 
Consult with your gynecologist.

Gynecomastia: Sounds like he has something called "gynecomastia". This is normal in boys going through puberty and shouldn't cause any alarm. It can last anywhere from a few months to 2 years. If the pain becomes unbearable, or if there is any discharge, see your doctor.

Unclear question: If you had sex since your last period and you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.

Menometorrhagia: How old are you? Is there sudden change in weight ( loss or gain)? Any other disease- lupus etc?  When was last time your thyroid hormone levels were checked? Any stresses in life? Answers to all these can help in your management. Go see your ob/ gyn.
