They can help toward restoring body nutrients but the best is earting a well balanced diet, chewing slowly and completely for maximum digestion and absorption, enough rest and sleep and stress reduction eg mindfulness and meditation, tai chi, breathing exercises etc. Best wishes

If you have either of these, it is important to have your kidney function checked yearly at the least. Certain drugs like nsaids-(ibuprofen family) can lead to kidney disease when used frequently over a long period. There many other causes but the these 3 are the ones you can do most about.
