Shingles : Shingles  is a very common cause of this pain and should be tested for there is a vacination to help prevent against shingle as well.

Could be: shingles.  If caught early in its course, treatment with antiviral medication is effective.  Also could be something else, so it is best to see a doctor for this.

Possibly an Insect--: bite, seems the most plausible explanation; other would  include a trauma to the affected site. Both these would cause other symptoms as well.

Pain: The main question is what is the breast implant ?silicone , etc... Also how old is the implant? Sound like it may have been a scar tissue related pain.

i had an injury to my upper left rib cage. painful to breathe ,cough move.. the injury caused bruising along the side & swelling in breast. 3 weeks later it feels much better but after laying down i have very painful pressure. is this normal?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, and physical examination. If your symptoms are improving, you may watch and wait. You may take acetaminophen for pain, no more than 3 g/day, no alcohol. If the symptoms are not improving, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

MInor: Periodically people may have bone pain. This may only be in the rib cage and need not worry about it if it only last a few days. Have you had any trauma or have you been playing some rough sport? See your doc if this persists.
