Rest: Pregnancy is associated with mild swelling for feet and ankles especially as the pregnancy approaches term.  Excessive swelling can be a symptom of pre eclampsia and you should consult your caregiver.  In general swelling can be managed by keeping feet elevated as much as possible, avoid long periods of sitting or standing , wear support hose and get plenty of rest.

Doubtful: I am not familiar with this drug but assume it is an amphetamine.  if it is this is not causing the swelling and you need to see your doctor to do blood tests and see what is happening.  it could be a low protein in the blood, kidney or heart problem.  It needs evaluation

Swelling Feet: Gravity contributes to the swelling. Swelling can become worse in the afternoon. Buying shoes in the afternoon is a good idea. The swelling you have sounds worse than the normal swelling indicated above, therefore you should be evaluated by your primary care doctor or your podiatrist.
