Yes: 1st, important to be sure that is what is causing your symptoms. Low dose otc Benadryl (diphenhydramine) ; otc 1% cortisone cream 1-3x/day for short periods is fine. If long term use, a specific lower dose form such as Lotemax ; monitering of eye pressure is indicated.

Insect bite: If it is a round area that looks like a single hive, the most common cause is a bug bite.  Applying anti-itch cream or cool wash cloth can be helpful.

i was diagnosed contact dermatitis on eyebrow, on 2 medications for 10 days have 4 days left swelling hasn't gone down much on eyelid any suggestions?

You may have: "blepharitis" an infection of the EyeLID....Try soaking in warm water in an eye cup ( you can purchase in any drug store)  You may have to see am Opthamologist for an antibiotic Prescription cream!

Somewhat difficult: to imagine what might be causing episodic swelling of the neck. Possibilities might include salivary gland swelling or angioedema. Lymph node swelling or enlargement wouldn't be expected to be transitory. Imaging, ultrasound, CT or MRI, should certainly help here and, especially since this has been going on over a year, you should see your doctor SOON for evaluation. Good wishes:)

Doctor should check: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on computers, stress at work, etc... A severe or increasing headache, recurrent headache, weird headache, or with other worrisome symptoms should be evaluate. That said, one's doctor can examine to see if the swelling is muscle, lymph node, cyst, abscess, allergic reaction, etc...

Swelling and pain in: an area of the scalp,I would be concerned about an infection.Have someone inspect the scalp very carefully,in really bright light,to see if there is any redness or a wound .It could be a very small place like an infected hair follicle or pimple or scab.You may require a course of antibiotics.Its time to c ur doc,since it's been weeks of this.Good luck☺️

Neck swellIng:  although the initial of evaluation was normal, we have to be concerned with the swelling and if it is an large lymph node, or infection is occurring. You need to see your physician and clarify if something has changed since their last examination.

Cyst or lymph node: Usually this is a sebaceous cyst or an enlarged lymph node. A medical exam is needed to tell. The cyst can be removed. An enlarged lymph node usually gets better with time but sometimes needs an antibiotic.
