i'm a 33-year-old woman with unexplained severe pelvic nerve pain thats worsened by fluid intake (especially water), left side only and my elbow. i've consulted specialists, had tests, ovarian cyst surgery, and endometriosis but no explanation?

: A proper answer would require a review of all of your records and tests which is well beyond the scope of this brief question and answer format. Endometriosis could be an explanation because symptoms can vary depending on location of implants, so perhaps another gynecologic opinion would be helpful.

can yeast infection or even stomach problems such as ibs cause pain in the groin? im a female. i also did some heavy lifting in the last week. i had ovarian cyst before but pelvic doesnt hurt. thanks

Groin pain: IBS symptoms can radiate to groin, but I would expect you to be having other IBS symptoms too. Given your information primary groin strain would be most likely. I would expect improvement in a week or so.

If you know....: If you know you have an ovarian cyst, then you have probably been evaluated by a doctor.  If your doctor is not aware of these symptoms, then return and make him/her aware.

Yes: Because you have intense pain, could be ovarian torsion or some other condition which requires immediate attention. Please go.

Yes: In short, yes, ovarian cysts can develop on either side one after another. Talk to your doc to make sure something else not missed.

Unlikely: The ovarian cysts and vaginal symptoms are not likely to be related. You should see your doctor or a gynecologist to rule to yeast infection of bacterial vaginosis.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

i have an ovarian cyst on my right ovary but swelling and pain on my left lower abdomen and swelling down my left leg.  when will  the symptoms stop?

Time: Some ovarian cysts are functional cysts that will go away in 2-6 weeks. Sometimes birth control pills will help them to resolve faster. Other cysts are benign growths. These don't go away and if they get large enough will need to be removed surgically.  If you aren't starting to feel better in several weeks see your doctor again.

hi, i am having symptoms of discomfort on the right side hip, and thigh, pain in my abdomen and the pain and swelling is starting to go up on the right side - i am short so i can see it all being affected. could this be a ovarian cyst or hernia?

: It could be those things and more, many of which require urgent evaluation and treatment.  You should be evaluated as soon as possible by your PCP, GYN, Urgent Care, or hospital Emergency Department.

i am 18. i have a large complex ovarian cyst. last measured was 6 1/2 cm. i can't get in to the doctor for a couple days. my pelvic area is 7 inches s?

Symptoms?: If the large cyst is causing pain and it persists on repeated US; it may have to be taken out. Talk to your doctor for evaluation and possible options for treatment.
