Doctor can evaluate: Lower back pain can be due to many things. For young, active people, it is more likely due to strains and sprains, infection, occasionally arthritis. Additional possibilities include vertebral fracture, herniated disc, spinal stenosis and other compression or irritation of the nerves. Problems in the back part of the abdomen can also cause back pain, such as kidney disease, some cancers, etc...

Depends...: Can definitely be due to a lot of issues - chronic pain in a limb may be due to poor circulation, nerve irritation/damage, infection, fluid retention, etc.  Recommend discussing with your pcp or pain specialist to determine if diagnostic testing is necessary.

Low back: If this is not a result of recent strain or injury, inflammation of the sacroiliac joint may be the cause.  In addition to resting your back, apply alternating moist  cold and hot applications for 20 mins every 6 hours or so, apply liniment like Ben gay and take anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen or naproxen. Sprain/Strain: There are many potential causes of acute low back pain.  The most common are sprain/strain injuries.  Usually acute back pain will improve over 1-2 weeks with anti-inflammatories, gentle streching, and use of heat/ice.  If your pain does not improve or gets worse you should contact your physician.

Not Pancreatitis: Right sided back pain and back pain in general can have many causes. Your pancreas is on the left side of the abdomen, and although can cause back pan, not usually on the right. Right sided back pain can be anything from your kidney to a muscle spasm. If you are at all concerned and have other symptoms, an evaluation by a physician would be helpful.

Mottled skin: You may have an ecchymosis - a spot of bleeding under the skin with diameter larger than 1 cm . It is similar to hematoma, commonly called a bruise. Most commonly, it coould be harmless caused by unnoticed trauma  but may be harbinger of more serious diseases such as purpura, and hemophilia. If it doesn't resolve or you get more eruptions see your doctor.

RLQ pain: Although  there are many things that can cause RLQ abdominal pain in a Young woman, one of the considerations is the possibility of appendicitis, especially if this is a new pain which has not been present before. Since appendicitis can be an emergency, you should be seen ASAP. I would go to the emergency room or your doctor today. Do not delay. Good luck.

Cross SLR : This could be a sign of a lumbar spine intervertebral disc herniation or something else. See your doctor for further evaluation and  examination. The history and exam may be able to diagnose a disc herniation. An MRI is often needed to confirm the diagnosis and to help guide treatment options.

Few possibilities: It appears that you have seen your doctor. Left flank pain may indicate a kidney problem therefore I suggest a sonogram of the kidneys. Itching in the vagina is generally due to candida infection. There is no harm in trying a course of over the counter Monistat7 vaginal cream. Stay in contact with your doctor and tell him about my suggestions
