If you are sure: That your symptoms arise in the large intestine, you should see a GI specialist.  It could still be colitis, diverticulitis, or irritable bowel.  Also, unlikely possibility of neoplasm is always there.

Possible Hernia: Depending on your weight, a simple physical exam could be very useful to identify if you have a hernia. Sometimes you may require a CT scan to rule it out if suspected by physical exam. Hernia treatment is usually done by surgery
Another alternative is simple post operative swelling due to muscle weakness

Swelling: Isn't a characteristic finding of Crohn's as much as discrete small ulcers are.  Inflammation of the stomach and intestine could be gastritis related to medication, infection, ulcer disease, celiac disease, pernicious anemia, etc.  The answer is going to be in the report written by the pathologist on the biopsies that were taken during your endoscopy.
