Lymph node: What you are describing sounds like a lymph node. More than likely that is due to an infection. If it is not tender or if it fails to resolve over the next couple of weeks i would have your dr. Look at it. Make sure you do not have any history of stds. If you do then see your dr. For evaluation.

hey for the last past three months i'm dealing with a problem where the one side of my vagina keeps swelling up and it's irritating i can't walk sit or wear underwear i've been to hospital but they said it's infection . it's painful?

2 separate problems: The irritation in the groin is likely due to fungal inflammation or as stated. .. jock itch.  The numbness in your feet may be related to a back issue or an internal metabolic issue like diabetes or thyroid issues...etc.  This needs to be evaluated further.   There are otc creams that's can be used for the groin irritation

partial vulvectomy 6 weeks ago. when will deep bruising and vagina swelling go away? underwear still a bother.

Vulvectomy: Even a partial vulvectomy will show "bruising" (hematoma formation after surgery). With interruption of the circulation, swelling vaginally will be slow to disappear.  Eventually (perhaps in another 6 weeks) this will go away.

Warm compresses may help it drain, antibiotic cream to treat skin infection. If significant redness appears, much increase in size, or fevers, you should see a doctor.

Testicular swelling: Sounds like the swelling may be due to an indirect inguinal hernia.  Could also be due to varicosities of the vein.  May want to have it check if having pelvic pain.  A hernia can become incarcerated causing more pain and potential permanent injury.
