Recently i been getting irritation on the right side of my groin area by the underwear line and my right foot is numb. what can this be?

2 separate problems: The irritation in the groin is likely due to fungal inflammation or as stated. .. jock itch. The numbness in your feet may be related to a back issue or an internal metabolic issue like diabetes or thyroid issues...etc. This needs to be evaluated further. There are otc creams that's can be used for the groin irritation
