With work doc: You need to get in with your PCP or asthma doc and work on your asthma action plan. Use of ventolin several times a day means you are in poor control and need a better plan of action. Your seretide likely needs adjusting but you may need a burst of oral steroids to start. A personal peak flow meter &amp; diary are also important.

I think corn: is a fine food: it is rich in anti-oxidants, contains carotenoids which may be good for your eyes, has some fiber so helps with digestive regularity. You could eat it every day as one of your 5+ vegetables. If you don't exceed calories needed to maintain weight, you will not gain weight just because some of them are from corn. Just Add Butter: It means you've been going to too many movies. And anyways, I don't know what sweet corn smells like to you.Popcorn? Canned corn soup? Corn smothered in agave syrup? But I do know it doesn't smell like your usual, every day, run of the mill, boring urine. right? So if it sticks around too long, go get it checked. It's probably something you ate, but it might be due to a more serious condition.

i accidentally inhaled a bit of sweetcorn whilst eating and now i can feel it in my chest, especially when breathing, what should i do?

Inhaled sweetcorn: The bit of corn may be in your trachea or one of the bronchi.If it is in upper part of trachea with coughing it may come in your throa and you may be able to spit it up.But if it is lower down or in one of the bronchi you need to see a pulmonary specialist to scope you and remove the forighn body which is a bit of corn.If it is not removed it can cause infection and damage to the bronchi and lungs.

i ate sweetcorn for dinner last night approx 14 hours ago and ive already passed it in my stool. is that normal to be that quick? stool was normal. ive read that 24-36 hours is normal and healthy to pass corn after eating it?

Will not hurt you &amp;: check that it has live cultures, and that the milk that it's made from is Bovine Hormone Free, or you will be ingesting that too. There's so much to think about, so eating organic is the best, or make your own from organic milk as another option. Probiotics help us digest food better and keep our friendly bacteria growing happily to give us enzymes needed for our gut microbiome (culture).
