Second exfoliate you may find a facial wash with glycolic acid 10-20% in it that will help get rid of outer skin that may be clogging the pores.

Several things..: Stop. washing once a day is good.mild soap.face towel....one for each day, should not be used for any other area.  multi vitamin daily. Use this.1/4 spoonful of Haldi powder,1spoon of Besan (lentil powder)mix paste apply  on face at night and wash it offmorning. This will resolve the issue...make your skin better. The second choice is making a paste of Simli( silkcotton)thorn ,milk apply at nite.

Oily Skin: Cetaphil® dermacontrol ™ oil control foam wash is clinically proven to effectively remove excess oil, impurities and make-up that can clog pores and lead to breakouts.  Atralin a form of tretinoin will help treat black heads but it is a prescription.
