Skin care: First use a non oily gentle cleanser Second exfoliate you may find a facial wash with glycolic acid 10-20% in it that will help get rid of outer skin that may be clogging the pores. Use that in the nose area twice a day if no improvement see a dermatologist

Black heads: Wash face w gentle cleanser 2x/day & use oil free products. No oily hair or heavy foundations. Try not to pop pimples. Avoid touching face (cradling chin in hands). Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider OTC products (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide). Retinoids/ comedone extractor can be helpful for black heads. If > mild acne see dermatology.
