Are you sure it is : Are you sure it is only sweat? If you use antiperspirant under your arms, you might try the same thing in genital area. It will sting briefly if the skin is irritated. Maybe your gyn can suggest something.

Vaginal odor: There are several causes of bad smelling vaginal discharge and testing is needed to determine the cause and treatment. The most likely is bacterial vaginosis. Bacterial vaginosis is an overgrowth of normal vaginal bacteria. It causes a watery discharge with a fishy odor. It is not sexually transmitted and your partner does not require treatment. It is treated with antibiotics.

Possible vaginitis: The genital area tends to sweat more than than the general body, and if you constantly wear tight fitting clothing, that can aggravate the problem.  Bacterial vaginosis, however,  will usually cause a vaginal odor without a lot of discharge or itching.  I recommend that you visit your gynecologist for an exam to check it out, as it is treatable.

You're obviously very close to having intercourse, if not doing so already.
