Stress/illness: May illnesses are stress related or based. If you have had a thorough physicial and workup, it would be beficiall to speak to a behavior therapist or psychologist. Ask your physican about chronic fatigue and collagen illnesses.

Not typical: Carpal tunnel is isolated to the wrists and is not typically associated with night sweats or tingling in the feet. It sounds as if you need a physical exam and laboratory testing to figure out the cause of your symptoms, .

Many : Many things can be causing it. Since is bilateral this may be a neuropathy such as diabetic neuropathy, or a large lumbar disc herniation pinching nerves on both sides. Discuss situation with your doctor and please test yourself for diabetes.

Several can: Tingling in both feet can suggest that the lumbar nerves are being irritated or compressed on the left and right side. A disc bulge/herniation or stenosis (narrowing) of the nerve canals on both sides of the spine can cause symptoms in both feet. Radiation to the feet often means L4-L5 or L5-S1. Weakness on one side: Droopy face, etc. all indicate the need to go to your emergency room ASAP.  Something neurological is going on, perhaps a stroke.  You need to be diagnosed and treated now.  Peace and good health.
