No : No it is not normal to have those symptoms. He should get checked out by a medical doctor especially if these are problems he has had before with sex.Sweating no problem, but hearing loss or feeling like he would pass out it is not normal.

hello. i have been losing my appetite lately n i dont know why. sometimes get really hot n start sweating for no reason n some i feel sluggish or like i want to pass out. i did have a medical abortion but felt this from b4. should i be concerned?

Presyncope: Sounds like the initial signs of impending fainting.  Perhaps your blood pressure dropped due to a reaction to a disturbing or disgusting situation. (vasovagal).  But, at your age, you need to check out primary cardiac problems.  Alternatively, consider anemia, low thyroid, medication reactions.  See your doc!

Sit/lie down: These are the symptoms of acute illness.  You probably have a viral infection/syndrome. Antibiotics won't help. Often you don't feel like drinking, but you need to if you are sweating a lot. This leads to dehydration. Rest, drink fluids especially containing electrolytes such as Gatorade, eat a BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) diet. If not better in a day or two, contact your doctor.

Dysrhythmia: At age 15, ischemia or clogging not a problem unless with really bad predisposing factors. Passing out is a bad sign. This person should see his/her doctor and have good exam done, ekg, and perhaps even holder and eps if needed as it has been happening with many kids lately who are even athletic. A good history, family history and events should be prepared.

The cold sweating component suggests a vasovagal element which refers to blood pressure changes after heavy physical exertion or postural changes. I suggest you check your diet, hydration status and just RELAX a bit after your activities instead of getting up right away to do "stuff.."

May not be gb: Well, you are assuming this is a gallbladder attack. What you're describing is not unlike cardiac pain. So, if you have not been evaluated, then do so. If it is confirmed , through testing and elimination, that this is a gb attack, if will probably pass, but it could take several hours. I suggest gb removal if it's the confirmed culprit. Good luck.
