Not usually: First the  pt should be evaluated. Labs holter and an echo should be done. Lytes thyroid and other level s should be drawn. If no obvious causes and no stimulants to blame then no other work up or treatment needed. As for the fetus, as long as no hemodynamic effects on mom then no issues with baby.

Not: That would be a nuisance but not dangerous. There are medications and procedures which could help to control it. It would be helpful to see the EKG during the episode. You should see a cardiologist.

EP study: There is no 'burning' in an EP test. The test is not without some risks but generally quite safe. The 'burning' is part of ablation treatment which may or may not be suggested after the test. Discuss  details with your Doc.

High: fleccanide is most dangerous out of antiarrythmic drugs. but it can be used as last resort under close supervision. it may cause VT or V fib. it is not recommend routinely.

No: Most skipped heart beats are not dangerous.  Avoiding caffeine and trigger foods such as alcohol can help.  If you have svt- that is a sustained abnormal rhythm that must be monitored by cardiologist.  If your heart function is normal and you don't get chest pains or pass out then you should be fine.

Possibly: This is a large, diverse topic. There is a familial basis for some patients with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is typically a genetic disease and some cohorts have increased prevalence of svt and wpw. There are mitochondrial mutations that appear to have increased prevalence of svt.
