Typically not danger: Although it depends on the cause of your svt, as long as it is stable and well controlled, one would not think that air travel would be typically be a problem.
Most types of svt a person is born with,  the occurrence of an svt may vary as one ages. 
Essentially you need two things for this rhythm:  1. The underlying structure, 2. A stimulus to start the svt. Altering either can abort the svt.

i wake up in the middle of the night every now and then with palpitations and it feels hard to breathe, i also feel anxious and think im dying it lasts 10mins but 1hr to fully relax again. should i see a dr? i have svt heart condition and anxiety?

: Could be from panic attacks(overwhelming anxiety). As you also has history of SVT, would suggest to see your primary care physician for further evaluation.

Not necessarily: Both mobitz 1 second degree heart block and svt occur in structurally normal hearts. So, unless there's more to this story, you don't necessarily have "underlying disease."  hence there may never be any progression. To the contrary, you might find it gets better with age.

Yes, most likely: You are young, and more importantly you need to better elucidate the type of SVT you have. IF your PCP, said stop, I would like to trust his/her judgement. You may wish to see an electrophysiologist (arrhythmia subspecialist of cardiovascular disease) to better refine your dignosis and treatment plan, if any. SVT: You need an EKG to be able to assess for that. If you need to be evaluated by a physician since your symptoms are recurrent

i take a beta blocker for svt, inderal 20 mg bid. i exercise everyday but cant get my heart rate passed 129 on number 11 incline for 30 minutes. is this sufficient to prevent heart disease? im 53 year old female.

Heart rate goal: A moderately intense exercise workout for you would be a target rate of about 120 beats per minute. We have to take into consideration that inderal is suppressing your heart rate and 120 under that condition appears to be plenty as long as you tolerate it well. If not settle for a target rate of 100.

as someone that suffered from wolff parkinson white syndrome should i be extra careful with the corona virus affecting my heart? i have had four rf ablations to tread the svts and afib and am currently symptoms free.

Corona: I am unaware of any data that suggests the virus causes heart problems. The primary cause of death has been respiratory infections which lead to pneumonia and ARDS.  Older smokers the most susceptible. Now, in that group other comorbid problems include renal failure and cardiac events. At 34 stick with standard precautions to prevent disease.

Not a heart attack: Supraventricular tachycardia (svt) is a rapid heart rate of 150 beats per minute, or higher. It is not a heart attack. A patient may feel he has a pounding heart (while not exercising). He may also be short of breath, breathing fast, feeling dizzy, and sometimes faint. If he has these symptoms for the first time, he should not drive himself to the hospital, but should call 911 for an ambulance.

SVt: Svt itself does not presage heart failure. If the svt is caused by a cardiomyopathy, it could be associated with chf.
