Diet: The Suzanne diet worked for Her. I cant tell you if it will work for you since everyone is unique and different. The idea of eating healthy foods for a better metabolism is a good idea. She eliminates starches and carbohydrates, I agree that simple sugars such as corn syrup should be eliminated. However, your body runs on glucose and needs the complex starch from oatmeal for example.
