No: That is a normal diurnal variation in temperature. And leukemia means that the white blood cells have gone wild and you have a normal cbc. No worries

Having a combination of these would be more concerning than just one.

Depends: Sometimes very quickly because you can see the abnormal cells on a slide under the microscope from a simple blood draw.  Sometimes it requires a bone marrow biopsy.  But even if that is done, once the slide a stained, the pathologist can look right away.  Hope this helps.

Why do you ask?: Leukemia and lymphoma are not chronic illnesses. Untreated leukemia tends to kill a child in a few weeks. Non-hodgkin's lymphoma is rare at your age and hodgkin's will make itself obvious. Your fatigue and sense of being weak require evaluation both from a physical and emotional perspective.

The cells start growing quickly and either enter the blood stream where they are first detected or build up in the bone marrow where people are diagnosed after becoming ill from infection or bleeding because the normal blood cells are crowded out and can't do their jobs. Granulocytes, lymphocytes, red cells and platelets can turn cancerous.

No necessarily: Long time ago that was true. But the modern treatments for leukemias are quite effective and are often curative. But the treatment is best done at a cancer center where you can find experienced leukemia specialists especially if it is an acute leukemia(as opposed to chronic leukemias which are less serious and easier to treat).
