Okay except: Everything should be okay except the vinegar. The vinegar has a lot of acid in it and it would be irritating to the stomach. Best to avoid that. Everything else should be okay.

Depends: There are many causes of chronic gastritis. H.Pylori is one cause and apple cider vinegar has been observed to inhibit its growth along with other natural remedies like aloe and coconut oil.  Both alcohol and vinegar can release histamine which increases stomach acid. Listen to your body.

i find heartburn relief with apple cider vinegar gummies after years of struggling. my doctor mentioned that it could cause silent gerd and stomach inflammation. are you likely to have silent gerd if you used to suffer from full-blown gerd?

: Silent GERD is a thing, but I wouldn't worry about it much. I suspect their comment was wondering why adding an ingested acid product (vinegar) to a reflux problem would help. I suspect it has less to do with the apple cider vinegar than the gummies. It has been known for decades that simple carbohydrate sugars will settle the stomach. I suspect a little honey or karo would help you as well.

There are no: scientific randomized controlled study data to support the claims made by many herbal medicine pundits, let alone 2000 years of Chinese medicine wisdom.  However, there are supposed to be benefits to black rice and its fermented derivative vinegar, including cardiovascular "cleansing" effects, antioxidant effects, and immune boosting vitamins.

What's really in it?: It's almost certain you signed an agreement, when you started on accutane, not to drink alcohol. Keeping a promise is a matter of principle. If the "rice vinegar" is a concoction that someone makes from real ethanol as a folk medicine, you're breaking a promise. However, most "rice vinegar" has the ethanol oxidized to acetic acid. That's harmless flavor, though there's probably no health benefit.

Safe: I can find no reports of interactions of vinegar and accutane. As long as you only use a small amount of rice vinegar the amount of alcohol will be too small to have any negative effect.

Xanax (alprazolam) with food: Yes, you make take those food items with Xanax (alprazolam).

Most likely: scratch from small bone that you swallowed.  If symptoms persist beyond a few days or if they worsen to difficulty swallowing or speaking, then it would be time to see a doctor.
