MORE THEN ONE: OPTION. THERE ARE ALWAYS OPTIONS.  IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF PAIN, ACTIVE WITH THAT ARM  THEN SURGERY IS THE OPTION. IF IT DOES NOT BOTHER YOU A LOT YOU CAN GO CONSERVATIVE.

PRP: While not unreasonable to try, there is very little support in the literature that this will provide much benefit. If you have a high grade tear, chances are that this will progress to a complete tear if you remain very active. Strengthening your thigh muscles ; adding some additional protection with a brace may be of some benefit.

: Go back to original surgeon if happy with out come. He will be able access the joint the best. Obviously something happened that is preventing you from bending the knee

Not likely: Ligaments have poor vascular supply, so the likelihood of complete healing after an injury is low.  The acl tear could scar somewhat, but injury to the latter represents damage to one of the posterolateral corner structures which is an important stabilizer to the knee and which could predispose to further knee damage.

Depends: The severity of your knee injury that caused the tear of the medial patellar retinaculum tear will determine the length of your recovery.  Physical therapy can be very beneficial to aid your recovery and speed your return to "normal" activities. If you have not seen an orthopaedic surgeon yet, it would probably be worthwhile for you.

Depends on Sxs: A partial thickness tear that is not causing knee instability can be managed without surgery or bracing typically. If a partial thickness ACL tear is causing symptomatic knee instability then usually the best treatment at your age would be an ACL reconstruction by one of several methods.

depending on how much is torn surgery may be indicated.

Depends: There is a spectrum of disease when it comes to achilles tendinitis/tendinosis. An MRI can identify if it is achilles' tendon disease vs. Inflammation of the lining around the tendon. Rest and physical therapy usually ameliorates the problem, but sometimes operative treatment with debridement and even tendon transfer is required.
