patient with crohn can get a variety of anal-rectal problems including a fissure which most likely that what you have it will make passing the BM sightly more difficult and cause burning with CANASSA
if you had surgery in that area in the past scar tissue could be the problem
see your GI or  RECTAL SURGEON
