Soe meds are safe: Tylenol, (acetaminophen) antihistamines(eg Claritin alavert etc, not with "d") should not react with his parkinsons meds.  Prescription nasal steroids are also helpful.  Frequently "sinus" headaches are actually migraines and are treated much differently.  He should discuss this with his primary care doc.

Sinus ha to most people are actually migraine which are severe, have nausea, sound and light sensitivity.  True sinus ha almost always have other nasal symptoms, are worse in the am and parallel the degree of nasal congestion, colds and allergy.

But only if you have been previously diagnosed with migraine headaches.
