The ultrasound: An ultrasound at 8 weeks and 1 day would be accurate to within about 7 days or less.  Since the due date by the ultrasound is of 10 days from that based on your LMP, the best estimate would be the one from the first ultrasound, the earlier scan is best. Once a date is decided it is not correct to change it.  A later ultrasound would be less accurate and would not be a reason to change the date.

what was chemotherapy like in the early 1980s? how has it changed?

Chemotherapy 1980: In my opinion.  the most important development was the discovery and the use of antiemetics..the medications that prevent nausea and vomiting .This discovery made chemo.bearable and many patients were able to tolerate it. ADD to this the discovery and use of growth hormones like neupogen ,neulasta (pegfilgrastim) and procrit that helped shortening of the periods on neutropenia and we are able to give r the doses

how can i prepare my 8-month old for the time change in nov? i'm worried she'll wakeup an hour early

Delay sleep: Gradually adjust your baby to the new time over a few days.  Keep her up 15-20 minutes later a week prior to the time change and allow her to sleep longer in the morning. A few days later do the same thing again-put to bed 40 minutes later than before and allow to sleep.  And repeat a few days later. Over the course of the week she will gradually adjust to the time change.

Temperature range: During the course of a day body temperature can change. Temperature is usually lower in the morning and can fluctuate by 2-3 degrees.

Not really: Sleep hygiene (new phrase) is important. It is beneficial to go to bed at the same time u(approximately) at night and get p at the same time to create a biorhythm. Going to bed a few hours earlier is not that helpful. (a few minutes to half hour yes.)the bed should be used for sleep and sex.Many people read and watch tv in bed. ..Not good. The room should be dark and cool as well.

started taking vivelledot for menopause. need to change within 2-3 days.does my .05 dosage need increased?or should i just keep changing early?

Reasonable: Talk to your doctor about increasing your dose. You can keep changing the current patch as you are doing but over time that is going to get expensive as you will be running out of patches earlier.

See an eye doctor: Lots of possibilities. Anything that causes the pupils to dilate or the eyes to misalign can cause transitory blurring of vision. A common cause is excessive tearing from irritation.

i am supposed to wear my invisalign trays for one week and then change them. after wearing tray 1 for 4.5 days it feels completely normal. can i change into tray 2 2.5 days early if it feels like they fit well?

Bone resorbs on one side of the tooth socket, whereas bone remodels and forms on the opposite side of the socket. Trying to move teeth too fast can cause permanent damage to the underlying bone. This damage cannot be repaired. Follow your instructions.
