Many ways: If you have symptoms most likely the osteophytes will be the  due to  of arthritis in the joint and this have to be corrected by surgery (hip replacement) or some time with arthroscopy.

Osteophytes: are a manifestation of degenerative disc disease/arthritis.  A very common finding.  They are a bony overgrowth at the margins of the vertebral bodies.

Cervical spine issue: Without knowing the exact severity of the findings and the symptoms its difficult to direct you. You are 29yrs so I would assume its not severe. So we usually start with PT, exercise program etc...

Thanks for asking!: Most likely symptoms are coming from cervical radiculopathies... Swelling and cold sensation are more autonomic but may be part of it.

Osteoarthritis: These are classical findings of osteoarthritis being spelled out by the radiologist. Osteoarthritis develops as we lose the cartilage that is not seen on X-ray and usually leaves a "joint space" on films.  During this degenerative cascade, sclerosis happens to the bone under cartilage and bone tries to increase its surface area when weakened by forming spurs called osteophytes. Good luck.

Each knee has a medial and lateral meniscus; and when they tear they can cause pain, swelling, and catching.  They can be fixed arthroscopically by repair or shaving with good results.

Generally none, ex--: Cept being felt, as bony lumps over a joint. The arthritis which produces the spurs, might be causing pain, deformities, loss of motion in the affected joint.
