Moisturize, SPF: If the burn was severe (peeled) then the new skin will be very sensitive to sun.  Wrinkling at your age may also indicate that the skin is dry.  I would recommend a good moisturizer and be sure to always use SPF (even when you're not planning to be outside).  If you repeatedly expose your face to the sun the wrinkles will eventually be permanent.

Excellent healing: With sunburn, solar radiation injures the skin and causes it to become inflammed ( red, hot, swollen and tender).  There will be some short term changes in the skin appearance and also the elasticity due to the injury and so, that wrinkle is an area that was injured and needs the chance to heal.  Children have excellent healing ability, this will resolve quickly.  Always use sunscreen on kids.

Sun burn: You must be careful about sun exposure and children. It is very damaging to their fragile skin.  It puts them at risk for sun poisoning, cancer over their lifetime and wrinkles.  It is important to use a lot of moisturizer on the skin after the injury. You can also speak to your pediatrician.

Sun exposed: Your shoulder may have been sun exposed. COVID 19 is associated typically with symptoms of the flu. 
Watch for fever, apply aloe vera to the affected skin and use sunblock. Avoid peak sunlight hours.

Second degree burn: Once you have a burn of that nature your skin is very sun sensitive being at a camp its going to be hard to avoid the sun but I would put quality broad spectrum sunblock on at all times. Its likely you are reinsuring the previously burned skin

Incomplete question: What you described is a normal healing process for sun burn. You may apply moisturizer to the affected skin to keep it soft.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Better Ideas: Sunburn is response of the tissues to injury from solar radiation. It is simply inflammation which means increase blood flow to the area to promote healing. Do not use ice as this can injure already injured skin. Cool water soaks can help as can taking anti-inflammation medicines like Motrin or advil (ibuprofen). Avoid any further damage as this can cause scarring . Good skin cream applied daily/gently helps.
