Sunscreen: Get a sunscreen with a high number. Use it liberally.  You are an adult and can manage your acne. Soframycin is not your best option for acne, and you cannot use it without some other topical agent such as benzoyl peroxide or retinoic acid without making things worse in the long run. If this does not clear you, get with your physician -- you may be a candidate for spironolactone.

what could cause my shoulders and back to break out in tiny blisters? i know it's not acne and not from sun. have had for many years and hasnt cleared

See your doctor...: Have you discussed this issue you have had for years with your doctor?  Without being able to see the rash/area that you are talking about it it impossible to hazard a guess as to the cause.  Make an appointment with someone who can see it and actually give you a true diagnosis.  Take care.

No and yes: First you are very sensitive to UV exposure now and should be using a daily physical block your doctor should be able to recommend one. They are non comedogenic so a quality produce will not cause acne.
Second a 4% glycolic wash would be a nice daily or every few days wash and exfoliator but again speak to your doctor you are also very sensitive to peels and acids for at least the next 6 months

Acne: Not taking care of your self is never healthy but acne is from hormones, bacteria and an impaired ability to exfoliate.  Sun won't help you need to see your doctor for this or start with over the counter acne treatment

See below: Acne results from oil overproduction (often due to hormones), clogged pores, p acnes bacteria, & resultant inflammation from your immune system recognizing infection. Effective acne treatments target these causes: benzoyl peroxide & antibiotics kill bacteria, retinoids decrease oil, salicyclic acid & retinoids unclog pores, oral contraceptives target hormones.
