Get evaluated: If you have had a complete vertigo evaluation (exam, vng) and your ENT can't explain your problem, then you may benefit from vestibular/balance rehabilitation.  This is a kind of physical therapy which re-teaches the body how to judge your position in space so that the symptoms are not as bothersome.

Vasovagal reaction: An overactive vagal nerve reflex can slow down the heart and lower the blood pressure.  This usually goes away in minutes when the head is lowered down to the heart level by simply lying down.  In someone with hypertension, this could be do to a reaction to your blood pressure medications.  Your doctor show know about this.

Dizziness causes: Dizziness is a rather nonspecific symptom.  Have to differentiate between lightheadedness, more like faintness, or vertigo which typically has some component of movement like a spinning sensation.  Can get nausea as a result of dizziness; rarely the other way around.  

Recommend physician consultation to look for causes of the dizziness.

To ER if many bruise: Many conditions can cause easy bruising in adults. A doctor's evaluation will help figure out the problem. Possible causes include: low platelets due to auto-immune destruction of platelets or due to problems making new platelets, blood cancers such as leukemia, clotting problems due to medications like aspirin, fragile capillary blood vessels, etc... If truly lots of bruises, the ER can evaluate.
