Most likely hip: If pain happens with walking, getting out of the chair or bed, walking up flight of stairs then it is most likely hip OA.  Other things that could be present is limping after long walking.  If your overweight, then this is more likely.  Get xray of your hip and Lspine and consider physical therapy, use of cane, wt loss, glucosamine, nsaid, tylenol (acetaminophen).  Hip shot or replacement are last options.

Lymphadenopathy: these are worrisome sxs.  You need to see your doctor as soon as possible for additional workup. This would include CT scan of the chest, abdomen and pelvis to r/o underlying conditions such as lymphoma or other malignancy.  It is also important to do a lymph node biopsy, A lot of those conditions are treatable and curable. You need to get that checked ASAP

Groin Pain: Assuming a patient can schedule an ultrasound for groin pain means they were given a script for it, therefore advised to get one.  Ultrasounds are a very benign diagnostic form of testing. If the pain has not resolved  on It's own nor relived by  over the counter medication like ibuprofen and a muscle rub, further investigation is warranted.

Inguinal hernia?: Pain in the groin is concerning for an inguinal hernia. However, it can also be a pulled muscle ("groin pull, " see image) or other similarly-innocuous things. Definitely worth seeing your doc for this.

Groin pain: This may be a ghost to chase. Causes may range from groin hernia, more common in males to groin pull (usually there is history of groin injury). I've had patients with unidentified groin pain despite comprehensive work up. I suspect some anatomical variants of the area that predispose certain folks to having groin pain related to position change. But before you do need a work up done.

Meckel'sDiverticulit: or bladder problems are top of the list. If no relief in a few hours, call your doc for an examination of your abdomen. Maybe see the doc sooner if you have increased sharp pain when you press on your stomach and suddenly release the pressure.

Hard to say: A proper assess would require a physical exam &amp; possibly testing.If the pain interferes with walking you should go in and have it evaluated. You may have sprained or cracked some important structures in your hip/pelvis.
