Check platelets: Might have had a viral syndrome at first this might have led to low platelets causing the dots in the shoulder need to check blood tests

Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Rash: Rashes are hard to diagnose sometimes when you are looking at them.  Impossible to diagnose without even seeing them.  You need to see your doctor.

: This has to be examined and possibly tested(culture etc) before an accurate diagnosis can be made and the treated. Pl see a dermatologist. In the meantime use an antibacterial soap to bathe. Hope you do well.

I : I advise you to see your primary care doctor or a dermatologist. You may be dealing with an allergy, eczema, dermatitis, bug bites, etc. It is difficult to say without an actual exam. In the meantime try hyrdrocortisone cream or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for itching.

See a doc: You need a physical examination to assess your rash. Talk to your PCP for physical examination and complete evaluation

my husband started getting round rashes on his leg, upper arms and back a few weeks ago. the one on his leg is bigger then all the other ones it kinda looks like a bullseye rash. the only other symptom he has is he has been really tired lately?

: Have him seen by a dermatologist as this could be Lyme disease or other tick borne infection. . You can contract these in the winter up north.  Appropriate testing will be done.

Lots of causes: for your rash. Commonly, allergic rash present as itchy
bumps . Yeast, bacteria or ringworm can also occur. Shingles are usually localized and painful bumps.  Less common are Lupus or drug reaction. Please  consult dermatologist.
