This means that one of your coronary arteries (blood vessels to your heart) could potentially be blocked and therefore affecting the blood flow to your heart. It could result in you having a heart attack anytime. There could be other less alarming causes for these symptoms but you cannot take a risk and you go to ER without delay

Arm pain: I would get checked by a physician ASAP.  Stroke which is rare in your age group is always a consideration. Cervical radiculopathy is a strong consideration. Other peripheral nerve problems must be ruled out. See the doctor soon
