No. : Not even if it is injected there. Botox can cause minute bruises if a small blood vessel is inadvertently hit by the injecting needle, but these "bumps" go away as fast as your body absorbs the bruise! most lumps on the top of the head are pilar cysts.

Probably cyst: There are 2 cyst commonly seen on the scalp: pilar cyst and an epidermal inclusion cyst.  Both are benign.  If you are concerned see your doctor.  There are usually very easy to remove.  The tissue will be submitted to a pathologist who will examine it and determine its origin.

Size of a pea, cherry , lemon, cricket ball or what? What brought it on? What does it feel like? Can it be moved  or is it fixed to your skull? Had them before? All of these needed to make a guess.
