Bad radiator: That was just a joke. Our sensation and tolerance to things like heat are all different. There are also things that can cause that. Our hormones like the thyroid can affect our tolerance to heat, for example. It is best to see your doctor to find out if anything is wrong.

OVERHEATING TROPICS: Living in the tropics is ok if you are  accustomed to the hot season. Asians who have been here in us have problem adjusting with the hot climate again. When they are in the tropics to visit or go on vacation, they have to stay in air conditioned rooms and take a bath several times a day.

Sweating: At least two mechanisms. The body first reacts by dilating (enlarging the diameter) of the vessels near the skin surface, thus allowing for more surface area heat exchange to occur. Sweating is additive to this process, cooling the skin by evaporation. Together, these processes help to prevent overheating. Normally, we sweat as much as a liter throughout the entire day.

Many factors: Can contribute to this phenomenon, like innate metabolic activity of your body.  Some people just run a bit warmer than others.  Also depending on muscle mass, superficial body fat, level of superficial blood vessel dilation, all factor into how warm your body may be.  In the end, this is likely just a variant of normal.

You sweat: For one.....but keep in mind don't leave it up to your body.....drink fluids and rest. Overheating is not good for you....

Not a problem: Far infra ed saun works well even if the temperature is not above 100 degrees so there is little reason to worry about overheating if you stay in for 30 to 60 minutes and drink a lot of water when in the sauna and take extra electrolytes.

i'm aware that overheating my body is  dangerous in pregnancy, but what if it's just my head? for example, putting my head under a very hot air dryer?

No problem...: Hair drying, with hot air from any kind of hair dryer, isn't going to cause any significant changes way down there in the uterus.

my neck area usually gets overheated all the time while the temperature for the rest of my body is normal. this is very uncomfortable and usually have to use something cold on it. and i cant wear scarves or put anything on it it burns?

Neck hot: If there is no skin irritation,redness or rash to account for this localized hot feeling, there may some irritability of the superficial nerves or tiny blood vessels of the neck causing the symptom. Hormonal causes, like hot flashes, can occur in just the neck and occur in menopausal women. I recommend getting checked for an overactive thyroid.

i felt my body overheating before my period. my breath was hot and i felt like i was burning up. but when i check my temperature it was normal. after my period i was back to normal. can that happen before a period? its my first time experiencing it?

: So called "hot flashes" are common just prior to onset of a period, and are caused by rapid drops in estrogen. On the described occasion, you may have had two eggs ovulate, which created a much higher pre-menstrual level of estrogen, and the drop in estrogen may have been high enough to cause a "hot flash", which happens frequently for some (not yourself !) women at menopause.
