Many factors: Can contribute to this phenomenon, like innate metabolic activity of your body. Some people just run a bit warmer than others. Also depending on muscle mass, superficial body fat, level of superficial blood vessel dilation, all factor into how warm your body may be. In the end, this is likely just a variant of normal.

Some: people may have a higher core body temperature that is usually normal. If you have no symptoms and have a normal temperature, it is okay
