Complicated: You have a complicated problem. The issue is to do a cath or no cath.  Why was the study done? Do you have angina or its equivalent? Did you walk on a treadmill? If you achieved 10 mets, your prognosis is excellent without intervention. With no sx, I usually repeat the test in 4-6 months. If high risk factors are present and renal function is nl, cath is low risk and will clear the air.
