It depend: it depend on symptoms and blood test if blood test were normal as far as the thyroid function concern you still have  to treat the symptoms of tachycardia or anxiousness or any other symptoms 
of course if the blood test are abnormal then you treat the abnormality

Debated.: This is an important question that I would defer to those who study mycobacterial diseases (mycobacteriologists). I will say that the question of if leprosy is contagious, and how much, in this stage is debated. See http://www.bmj.com/content/3/5880/557. There is no consensus at this point, but there is some evidence that suggests that at least some spread occurs from subclinical cases. TTYD.

Same as: Clinical hypothyroidism. With synthroid (thyroxine) but instead of titrating your dose based on symptoms and TSH & ft4 level we would just monitor symptoms.

Progression : Progression rates for RVH depend on the physiologic problem driving the RVH as well as likely other factors we donz't understand well. If  we know more about the drivers we can make rough predictions.

None: True subclinical hypothyroidism should have no symptoms because the free hormone levels are normal.  It is only the TSH that is elevated. I think of this as the body is having to work a little harder to produce appropriate amounts of thyroid hormone (thus needing more TSH to meet those needs).

Depends on cause: Hi. The main causes of hyperthyroidism are Graves' (almost never subclinical), a hot nodule (often subclinical), thyroid medication induced (common, often subclinical), and subacute thyroiditis (usually clinical in the hyper phase). Subacute thyroiditis hyper gets better on its own. Thyroid medication induced is easily corrected. Graves' &amp; some hot nodules need treatment. Your endo will help.
