Eye swelling : Could be sty- whihc is an infection- that has extended. If it is swollen under the eye as well would go to ER as you may need IV antibiotics - or at least one dose- and oral antibiotics as well.  Eye infections are taken seriously.  With swollen under eye go to ER today.

Go to the ER: It is impossible to say without being able to do an exam but I am concerned about a devastating condition called mucormycosis. It is a rare fungal infection that often affects the sinus and can spread rapidly. You should probably go to the er and be evaluated by an ophthalmologist (eye surgeon).

Warm compresses: Continue to use warm compresses regularly, but if it doesn't improve or if the swelling or redness worsens, you should see your doctor.  Worsening redness, swelling, increased warmth and pain could indicate an eyelid infection called periorbital cellulitis, which would require antibiotic treatment.

Swollen lid: Likely an infection or allergy not fluid retention see your internist for treatment.

Go see a dentist: If your cheek is swollen and you have pain there is good chance you have a dental infection go see a dentist.  Dental infection is very serious and if you have swelling you need medical attention.  The dentist should take a few xrays of the area and be able to let you know if the infection is tooth or gum related.

Swollen cheek: If the abcess is due to an infected tooth or infected gums and is untreated, the swelling will continue to enlarge.  
Depending on how long you have had the infection and how large the swelling, antibiotics should help reduce the swelling in 5-7 days. But the abcess needs to be treated.  If due to an infected tooth, you will need a root canal or an extraction.  See you dentist.

Could be infection.: Very young infants don't give us good clues to how sick they are.  If the cheek is really swollen and red, it may be an infection.  It may just be eczema.  Never guess with any baby under 3 months of age.  If you are concerned, have her checked.

See Pedodontist: Most probable cause is infected tooth. Pharmacist can't fix that. See a childrens' dental specialist, a Pedodontist. All children should start seeing a Dentist NO LATER THAN 1st B'DAY. This can b3 quite serious and spread rapidly to other organ systems.
