Capsaicin also works well for some problems (ex. Salon Pas patches).

Addiction and Opioid: Painkiller categorized as opioids (eg morphine) are all potentially addictive because they bind to receptors in your brains addiction centers as well as those that mediate pain.  There is a higher chance of addiction with higher doses and longer use.

His thesis on serotonin is totally wrong.  The phenylpiperidine series opioids, pethidine (meperidine), tramadol, Methadone and dextromethorphan and propoxyphene, appear to be weak serotonin re-uptake inhibitors and have all been involved in serotonin toxicity reactions. Morphine, codeine, oxycodone have no effect on serotonin.

These may be: Coming from other countries. It is a very dangerous industry as you  can't really be sure what you are getting.  It is also not legal.

The : The need for pain medication depends on multiple variables... These would include:  the areas for treatment ( some areas are more painful than others), the amount of fat removal ( how agressive), and also the patient's tolerance.  I find that my patients all need some pain medication for a few days, rarely is only tylenol (acetaminophen) adequate alone for this short period of time.  I do not limit patient activity post liposuction, but most patients will self limit vigorous activity for a week or sometimes two.  Again very dependent on areas and amounts of lipo.  You will wear a compression garment for 4-6 weeks post operatievly as well.

That is hard to say: since I don't know where you are buying these poppy leaves,(I don't know what is in them besides poppy)  My suggestion is to take prescription meds are prescribed. To try other things for pain like distraction, humor, movies, reading, and ask doctors in Sweden what is recommended for your medical conditions. You don't state that in this. Good luck and don't give up.
