had hysteroscopy 5 days ago, they removed mucus and polyps. bleeding turned brown and smells strong, is this normal? when will it end?

Maybe: It might be, but your hysteroscopy surgeon will be the best judge of that  as he/she will know exactly what was done at the time of surgery.

You must: Bleeding can be serious. You may be scared to go, but you must overcome your fear and get to see a doctor. We are really not that bad. Relax.

why can i smell blood/metal in my nose when there is no bleeding, especially with acidic or strong smells? i got hit in the nose a few days ago but it stopped bleeding quickly and it's been a while so...?

Strange Smell: If the strange smell started after you were hit in the nose, it may be related to the blood that remained inside your nose or sinuses.  If so, it should clear in a week or two.  I do not advise washing it out, it might start to bleed.  If the smell continues for more than two weeks, an ENT (nose) specialist could look inside.  If you have other symptoms, go sooner.

Strong urine odor: Strong urine odor can be from things other than infection. Most common is that the urine is concentrated because you are not taking in enough free water. You should drink 60-80 ounces of fluids a day, with at least half of that water. Diet can also cause different odors. We al know how our pee smells after eating asparagus! I would not worry if you are not having associated symptoms.

my son got a nose bleed in his sleep last night . while cleaning him i noticed the very very strong metallic smell. does that mean he's anemic?

No: A metallic smell after a nose bleed is very common and means nothing.  Be sure your son does not have a foreign body in the nose causing the nose bleed.

: A tub bath with soap and warm water can be very helpful in reducing body odors, as well as reducing infection in the area.

Don't wait: You don't describe where you're bleeding. Loss of sense of smell is one of the symptoms of the corona viral infection. If it weren't for the bleeding, you could hold off going to the hospital emergency room and self isolate for 14 days unless fever and/or breathing difficulties develop. However the prolonged bleeding requires promote medical evaluation and attention.
