I have been bleeding the whole night and have a a dry caugh don't even have a sence of smell not sure if i should worry or try see a dr tomorrow ?

Don't wait: You don't describe where you're bleeding. Loss of sense of smell is one of the symptoms of the corona viral infection. If it weren't for the bleeding, you could hold off going to the hospital emergency room and self isolate for 14 days unless fever and/or breathing difficulties develop. However the prolonged bleeding requires promote medical evaluation and attention.
